What your day will look like at TransOrg

  • Work within team and independently in generating leads by identifying potential contacts/organizations across multiple industries like BFSI, retail, CPG, hospitality, healthcare, pharma across India
  • Independently source, font-end, manage and lead prospecting meetings with senior decision makers (CXOs, HODs, VPs, SVPs, Directors etc.) of various target companies across industries to offer our range of advanced analytics, machine learning, AI, big data engineering services, solutions, and products
  • Understand business requirements, handle all sales objections, and manage negotiations with prospective clients
  • Effectively liaise with TransOrg’s internal technical SMEs on creating appropriate pre sales solutions consulting to convince prospects of our capabilities, improve conversions and win accounts
  • Understand and match TransOrg’s capabilities with the business requirements of target audience and prospective clients
  • Ensure that the customer needs are properly understood and addressed
  • Deliver detailed & customized prospecting decks, product demonstrations, solutions proposals and RFP/RFI responses by deploying appropriate sales strategies & tactics
  • Respond to requests for information and prepare sales package proposals
  • Be the sales lead during sales calls, meetings, and technical discussions with prospective clients
  • Conduct market and prospective client research to create the solutions pitches
  • Periodically request technical SMEs to develop and update different kinds of BD collaterals as per your targeting and evolving customer requirements
  • Independently manage the sales pipeline and report on progress on weekly basis
  • Participate as business development lead in relevant networking events, conferences and meetings

What you need to be in order to be great at TransOrg

  • 5 to 9 years of experience in enterprise sales or B2B analytics services business development
  • Technology sales background e.g. cloud computing, IT services is a plus.
  • Confident and extroverted with strong people interaction and relationship building
  • Demonstrated skills in CXO and HOD relationship and expectations management
  • Strong contact base with top decision makers like CXOs, HODs, VPs, Directors across industries in India and starts developing sales pipeline within 30 days of joining
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated follow-up, objections handling, persuasion, negotiation, deal closure and influencing skills
  • Self-motivated and a go-getter with independent thinking skills
  • Rich experience of interacting with CXOs, HODs, and senior leaders and C-level executives is required
  • Multi-tasker and able to prioritize and manage own roles and responsibilities
  • Good sense of humour and likes working in an unstructured and fast paced environment
  • Strong industry understanding of at least 2-3 industries like banking, financial services, insurance, telecom, retail, CPG, hospitality, healthcare, automotive & manufacturing
  • Hands on experience in using tools like Hubspot, Canva
